About CONTAINERCITY Warehouse and Office complex

Containercity ("Container Grad" in Bulgarian) was designed and built as a free zone for ideas, creativity and work. Containercity is an environmentally friendly project conceived as a basis for generating sustainable business ideas, aimed at achieving a symbiosis between business and nature.

Containercity is aimed at disrupting stereotypes about standard office and warehouse facilities. With its contemporary vision, Containercity offers its tenants fully functional office facilities, warehouses, events spaces and marine berths with slipways. The site is located on the shores of Lake Varna, with a beautiful view of the Asparuhov Bridge, conveniently located in the Western Industrial Zone (ZPZ) of Varna, beyond the city's traffic jams and paid parking.

Containercity offers much more than short and long-term rental of outdoor and indoor areas, it offers a unique style and its own philosophy of existence, based on the symbiosis between modern lifestyle and respect for the laws of nature. Containercity has set itself the ambition of developing as a CO2 neutral space with its own renewable electricity sources. The team which created the site has done everything it can to minimize the harmful effects of man on the environment.

Functional storage and office facilities with a unique vision and spirit

It not just Containercity's vision that is unique. The complex's design and architecture used repurposed sea containers decorated with marine-themed graffiti. The concept carries the message of a modern, innovative spirit which places the protection of the environment and wildlife before consumerism of a sick society irresponsibly wasting resources.

We believe that the work environment should be not only functional but also pleasant.
